Thank you for signing up for the 2009 Head of the Lake Regatta!

The west coast's premier head race.

We will send a confirmation email and continue to communicate with you about meeting times and job responsibilities as we get closer to race day. Remember, we are counting on you once you sign up. Please give us ample time to find a replacement if you can't fulfill the duties you sign up to do.

If you are racing, be sure to sign up for tasks/times that do not conflict with your racing schedule. See the preliminary list of events at Regatta Central.

TRAILER PARKING AND BOAT STORAGE	Saturday 12PM to 3PM	Meet at UW north side of Lot E-1	Make sure trailers park in designated areas. Volunteer needs to be able to give good parking/backing assistance. Make sure the boats are stowed per instructions to facilitate maximum capacity and efficient flow. Boats can be stowed in wood chip area at their own risk. There will be no security. No boat unloading until very late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Bring cell phones to coordinate.	Empty	Empty	Empty
