This year, Moorlands will be conducting annual hearing and vision screening for all students on Tuesday, September 27.  The PTA is needed to provide significant volunteer support throughout the entire screening day.  Volunteers are needed for the following duties:

• Runners - responsible for escorting classrooms from the Vision Screening area to the Hearing screening area and then back to their classroom.
• Line Control - provide supervision for each group of students as they wait for the screenings
• Recorders - record the results provided from the medical staff administering the tests at each station.

Volunteers are scheduled in two shifts. You can volunteer for the morning (8:30-12:00), the afternoon (12:30-3:00) or both by selecting an "Open" slot in the sign-up below.  If you choose to volunteer all day, be sure to select an "Open" slot in both the AM and PM Columns.
