Complimentary two hour parking is available in the parking lot immediately north of the Public Library

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BLOOD DONORS:

You must bring one of the following:  a state-issued driver's license; a passport; or both a social security card and a photo ID that references the donor's date of birth

You must be at least 17 years of age  (or, if 16 years of age, have a signed City of Hope Donor Center parental consent form, and weigh at least 120 lbs) 

You must weigh at least 110 lbs

DO NOT DONATE BLOOD IF:

You have donated blood in the 57 days immediately previous to the scheduled donation

You have cold or flu symptoms within two days of the date of the scheduled donation

You do not feel well on the date of the scheduled donation

You have had a tattoo, or an ear or skin piercing, in the 12 month period preceding the scheduled donation

You have taken any antibiotics in the 48 hours before the scheduled donation

You have had hepatitis after the age of 11 years old

Please remember to eat and drink well before your donation appointment.
