Thank you for volunteering at the 2010 ICES Convention and show.

Locate the area and time you would like to volunteer and click the "Select" button.
Enter the requested information and then click the "Confirm" button.
Note:  Only your name will appear on the sign up screen.  Your phone number and email address will only be used in case we need to contact you.
You are now scheduled for that area and time.  If you should find that you need to change your schedule, you may use the "Undo" button.

Please select no more than 2 demonstrations at this time so that other volunteers have the same opportunity.  We also ask that you sign up for one other area ie: cake room, hospitality etc.
Note: make sure you schedule your time so you do not have to leave early to get to another area. 

For each 2 hours you volunteer, you will receive a ticket to be placed into a drawing for a grand prize.

Please report to the Volunteer Booth 30 minutes before your scheduled time to receive your badge and instructions. If you have volunteered at a demo, a few minutes after the class is spent cleaning up.  After volunteering for the day, please return your badge to the volunteer booth and sign out.

Approximately one week before the convention, you will receive an email listing your scheduled volunteer schedule.
